I (Julian) have setup a voting plugin on Joomla that I //think// will suit the cause. If you haven't already, sign up at http://www.opennic.glue/ then once logged in you will be able to see the voting system. It only allows 1 vote per user, and once you have voted it will only display the results. It allow flexibility with the voting, to allow additional questions to be asked. The most justified reason I see for using this method is it makes a better use of the member site. :-)
