The following users and IPs are volunteering to operate OpenNIC hosts:
Administrative Servers
The Aggregate Master (Tier0) and Master Pool (Tier1) servers provide the necessary foundation for maintaining and distributing the essential OpenNIC DNS name resolution function.Public Access Servers
These are servers intended for use by end users whose network providers do not yet support OpenNIC. They are volunteer services run by whoever is volunteering them.
