Administrative Servers
Tier0 and Tier1 Hosts provide the necessary foundation for maintaining and distributing the essential OpenNIC DNS name resolution function.Tier 2
These are servers intended for use by end users whose network providers do not yet support OpenNIC. They are volunteer services run by whoever is volunteering them.
