======Ubuntu CLI DNS Configuration======
1) In a Terminal, enter: ##sudo nano /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/tail##
1) Delete the entire contents of the file, if anything exists.
1) Choose 2 or more nameservers from [[https://servers.opennicproject.org/|this list]], or the servers at the bottom of this page.
1) Enter the following as a new line, replacing the IP address with whichever IP you chose: ##nameserver 45.55.97.204##
1) Repeat Step 4 for as many nameserver IP addresses you’ve chosen to use, replacing the IP each time with another one. We recommend using at least 2 to 4 to ensure adequate uptime. Your file should now look something like this:
##nameserver 45.55.97.204##
##nameserver 40.77.111.213##
1) Press Ctrl + O on your keyboard, then Ctrl + X to exit Nano.
1) Restart your machine, and that's it! You should now be able to resolve domains on the OpenNIC network.
