* AdminGroup administers the servers and services that actually make up OpenNIC's functionality; by definition this will be a team and, as zero's admin, I think I should volunteer as lead for this
* ArchitectGroup plans system changes and integration between the systems other teams create; this will require the broadest expertise, since the architect(s) will have to be familiar with _all_ the tools we use to some degree or other; while I'm happy with someone else stepping up as lead architect, I definitely want to be on this team
* AuditorGroup monitor OpenNIC systems and file bugs against any which aren't functioning properly; I will take this on initially, if no one else can right now, but I really can't commit the time to be responsible for this indefinitely
* BugeisterGroup administers a bug tracking system and harrass other project leads to get their bugs fixed in a timely manner
* DbdminGroup
* HostmasterGroup administers the DNS services and manage the zone files for the root, opennic.glue and the OpenNIC TLDs; Dennis and I currently manage this, but I'd be happy for someone else to be involved as well
* ListadminGroup administers mailing lists; the current lists are in majordomo, but it would robably be good to switch to mailman
* PrGroup provides and disseminates public relations effort
* WebmasterGroup coordinates creation of a new web site with more useful functionality and some form of redundancy
