Added more status settings (offline, pending deletion [admins only], normal, temp outage). Not sure about reactivating a record: Did you intend for me to list all deleted servers for admins? That could get to be a fairly long list of servers...
1) An email sent to admins when a new server is added and awaiting approval
2) An email sent to the discuss/ops lists when a server is changed to 'deleted' or 'offline' noting the server by name and IP, and advising users to remove that server from their dns entries.
3) An email sent to ops (and maybe discuss?) notifying users when a new server has been approved.
Could we have an admin-viewable comment box on each record to make a notation WHY a server's status is being changed? Particularly, if a server has been failing or offline for a period and I delete it, I'd like to leave a reason in case the admin asks about it later.
