*The group is comprised of administrators of Tier1 hosts (includes Tier0).
*It is the will of the group to decentralize all of its hosting and monitoring operations amongst each other.
*Activities are endorsed by vote of the group, requiring either unanimous consent or no dissent, to affirm (pass).
*The group does respond to the will of the OpenNIC membership for, exclusively:
~*addition or removal of a Top Level Domain Zone
~*assignment of glue zone and opennic.glue zone resource records (DNS RRs)
