Working on redesigning the layout for the James Valley Model railroad Assiosnion.

This lay out started life ass a modular setup but it is now our permint home.  We are working to make it more fun to opperate.  


New rework of plan 5.

I drop the track at the west end of the yard to go under the yard not over.  Its only a 1% grade when dropped to -3.5.  If I drop to -6 it close to 2%.

I don't want to change any on the corner moduels but I did move the on corner for better access and so we still have room for the work bench.

Moduels can be different elevations but I would like to keep the grades on the sections that will be built.

I add the reverse loop I also made it possible to go though the tunnel without reversing.

Was also thinking about view blocks between the yard and the industre area in the center and from the moutain to the moduels so you cant see the curves in the center.

Yard ends Reworked. Added engine house and caboose track at the east end.

Add two passing sidings.
